Complete payment of IDR 8,500,000 via domestic bank transfer or international telegraphic transfer (TT/SWIFT). Invoice & receipt officially issued.

PT INI delivers the confirmed schedule, pickup time, driver details, PPE guidelines, emergency contacts, and concession briefing pack.

How many individuals can participate in one site visit group?
Each group accommodates 1 to 4 individuals under the fixed rate of IDR 8,500,000 per day. If your delegation exceeds 4 individuals, additional 4WD vehicles and security escorts will be arranged upon request.
Which airport should visitors fly into for South Kalimantan site visits?
Visitors typically arrive at Syamsudin Noor International Airport (BDJ) in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. PT INI will arrange 4WD vehicle pickup from the airport or your designated hotel in Banjarmasin or Banjarbaru.
Are flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and visa costs included in the IDR 8,500,000 package?
No. Per standard commercial practice, flight tickets, hotel lodging, and Indonesian visa fees are covered independently by the visiting party. PT INI provides recommendations for reputable business hotels in Banjarbaru/Banjarmasin.
Can we collect physical coal samples for independent laboratory testing?
Yes. The package includes certified sample bags and an initial Report of Analysis (ROA). Additional sample bags or accredited third-party lab tests (SGS/Sucofindo) can be coordinated upon request.
What personal protective equipment (PPE) is required?
Standard mine safety PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety goggles) is provided on-site. Visitors are strongly advised to bring their own steel-toe safety boots and comfortable long-sleeve field attire.
Can foreign buyers bring an interpreter or translator?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own interpreter (counted within the 4-person delegation). Alternatively, PT INI commercial officers are fluent in English and Indonesian and can coordinate professional Mandarin or other language translation upon prior notice.
